This fully restored XVIII century farmhouse stands in its own grounds. It is available for weekly rental throughout the year (or long-weekend rental between October and April). It is comfortably equipped with antique furnishings and modern fittings.

Accommodation includes living room, kitchen-dining room, 2 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms, bathroom, shower room, and 2 separate wc.s. The house sleeps a maximum of 8 and facilities include oven, hob, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. Linen and towels are provided.

La Métayerie has its own private swimming pool. The occupants also have the use of the tennis court of the estate.

The private entrance to La Métayerie is reached by a country lane, which continues down to the Cérou river, 200m beyond. This stone-built house is bounded by open fields.The large comfortable living room opens onto both the West-facing courtyard (with a fine view of Cordes) and the East-facing terrace and private garden. Also on the ground floor are the kitchen, one twin bedroom (with garden access), the shower and a wc.
